Commission by the Victoria Symphony

A film score composed by Maxime Goulet will be premiered by the Victoria Symphony, in British Columbia, in the event Reel Music 2008.

Second presentation of La Voie lactée est-elle une piste cyclable?
The mix piece La Voie lactée est-elle une piste cyclable?, for bicycle, toy instruments and electroacoustic effects, composed in collaboration with the composer Julien-Robert Legault-Salvail, will be presented in the event CéCo-II.

Défilé de marionnettes encore !

The orchestral piece Défilé de marionnettes, inspired by the work of the puppeteer Micheline Legendre, will be played a second time by the Ensemble Euterpe.
- Date: Sunday, February 17th, 2008, at 4 pm.
- Location: Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, 309 Rachel East (subway: Mont-Royal).

The score for the movie Running will be played by the OSPM with the movie on screen.

Winner of the Reel Music 2008
The sound track composed by Maxime Goulet, and played by the Victoria symphony, for the short film Running, directed by Ann-Marie Fleming, has won the Reel Music 2008
contest.
